Sophomore that hit .309 in his freshman year with 8 extra base hits and 21 RBI’s.  He was also 1-1 on the mound throwing 20.1 innings and walking only 3.  Nic was a 1^st team all-league Southern Region selection and was also selected to attend the sophomore showcase in the fall of 2012.

I had a great recruiting visit with the entire coaching staff and I felt like Lane would offer me the opportunity to develop both my academic and baseball skills.
