Zaid, Bigler lead way for Lane men on road

WEED, Calif. — Usama Zaid scored 29 points and Jacob Bigler added 20 to lead Lane Community College to a 97-75 men’s basketball victory over College of the Siskiyous on Monday night at the Siskiyous Classic.

Bigler was 6 of 12 from three-point range for the Titans (10-1), who won their sixth straight game. Jon Adsit also had 10 points for Lane.

Tray Dispany led the Eagles with 16 points.

The Titans will play Shasta College at 2 p.m. Tuesday.
