Top-ranked Cougars top Titans for 16th win in row

Chelales Tapscott scored 26 points and JC Cook added 19 to lead Clackamas to an 86-55 men's basketball victory over Lane Community College on Saturday night.

The Cougars (23-2, 11-0), the unanimous No. 1 team in the 34-member Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges, rolled up a 46-22 halftime lead en route to their 16th straight win.

Brent Jones led the Titans (5-18, 2-9 NWAACC South Region) with 15 points.
