Titans open with scoreless ties

TUKWILA, Wash. — Samantha Schoene had six saves, and Lane Community College finished in a 0-0 tie with Spokane in an NWAACC women’s soccer game on Wednesday.

The Titans opened their season Tuesday with a 0-0 tie against Highline.

Lane had 22 shots in that game, including four that hit the goal mouth and bounced away.
