Titans finish off tourney with win

Alex Sattley scored 25 points and all-tournament selection Zach Kirschbaum added a double-double with 15 points and 13 rebounds to lead Lane Community College to a 73-61 men’s basketball victory over Lower Columbia for third place at the Titans’ own Dale J. Bates Tournament on Sunday.

Alec Breazeale also scored 15 points for Lane (5-3), and Dale Baker had 10. The Titans built a 42-30 halftime lead on 58.3 percent shooting from the field, including 5-for-10 from three-point range.
