Titans finish off sweep of Mount Hood

Colton Sakamoto went 2-for-3 and scored three runs, and Lane defeated Mount Hood in the opener of an NWAC Southern Region baseball doubleheader on Saturday at Titan Field.

Sakamoto and Bryce Mulcahy each doubled for the Titans, and Kyle Keith allowed four hits over seven innings to earn the pitching victory.

In the second game, Tony Ortiz hit a three-run home run to lift the Titans to a 7-4 victory and a sweep.

Jayden Hanna drove in two runs for Lane.
