Titan Baseball Adds Another in Transfer Chris Neifert
07/02/2012 12:03After playing his freshman season at Cal State Montererey Bay, left-Handed pitcher, Chris Neifert, has announced he will transfer to Lane Community College. Chris is from Scappoose, Oregon and should be a factor right away.
Coach Blunt On Chris:
Chris transfers to Lane after spending his freshman year at CSU Monterey and throwing almost 35 innings as a true freshman. Chris will have the opportunity to be an immediate impact arm for the Titans. He is a mid-to-upper 80's arm that can really pitch.
High School: Four-year letterman in baseball and cross country…three-time All-Cowapa League first team selection...2011 Cowapa League Pitcher Of The Year...All-State first team senior year…All-State second team junior year…Senior year posted a 1.16 ERA in 80 innings for a 10-2 record with 130 strike outs...Winning pitcher in Scappoose's state championship title game in 2010..Graduated with a 3.9 cumulative GPA.
