Strong finish gives Lane a win

Usama Zaid had 21 points and nine rebounds for Lane Community College in a 74-69 men’s basketball win against New Hope Christian on Thursday.

Jacob Bigler also scored 12 for the Titans. The score was 33-33 at halftime but Lane pulled away in the final seven minutes.

Isiah Large had 21 points and eight assists for the Deacons.
