Smith Signs with the Tigers

Titan hoops star, Ashley Smith, has signed a letter of intent to play for University of The Pacific Tigers next season (https://pacifictigers.cstv.com/).  The NCAA Division I school is located in Stockton, California and competes in the Big West Conference.
