Peninsula downs LCC men, 83-66

GRESHAM — DeShaun Freeman scored 18 points and Mitrell Clark added 17 to lead Peninsula to an 83-66 men’s basketball victory over Lane Community College on Sunday for fourth place at the Mount Hood Crossover Tournament.

Kyle Warner led the Titans, who finished sixth, with 20 points and Matt Juillerat added 15. Darrell Breazell had 11 points off the bench.
