LCC splits baseball pair

COOS BAY — John Linscott allowed one unearned run in eight innings to lead Lane Community College to a 7-1 win over Southwestern Oregon Community College in the first game of a doubleheader Tuesday night.

Tym Pearson was 2-for-2 with an RBI for the Titans.

Dillon Fugate drove in Alex Okanek with the game-winning run in the bottom of the eighth inning as SWOCC won the second game.
