Lane men rally in second half to top Butte at tournament

WEED, Calif. — Usama Zaid scored 19 points to lead three Lane men’s basketball players in double figures in a 85-77 victory against Butte College (Calif.) at the Sisikyous Classic.

Davonte Cleveland added 14 points and Duce Namazi had 12 for the Titans (12-1).

Lane trailed by 13 points in the second half but rallied to take the lead with six minutes left and finished the three-day classic 3-0.
