Lane men lose on buzzer-beater

EUREKA, Calif. — A basket on a last-second drive by Chuck Benton led College of the Redwoods over Lane’s men, 88-87, in overtime at the Coach Tregs basketball tournament on Saturday.

Benton finished with a game-high 36 points. Rich Seamster led the Titans (2-3) with 17 points and Tyler Coleman added 13 points.
