Lane drops 5-3 decision to Everett

Everett scored a run in the eighth and ninth innings to hold off Lane in a nonleague baseball game Saturday.

Freshman Jayden Hanna went 2-for-4 with a double and a triple for Lane (0-2). Jesse Davis allowed two runs in two innings and took the loss (0-1).

Daniel Head was 2-for-4, including a home run for Everett (2-0).
